Should the word "Black people" be changed with "black people"?

Hello, trying to establish consensus that in the lead of the article the word "black people" may have been written with wrong capitalization. Many articles (see search results: "black people") just leave the word "Black" in lowercase unless punctuation is invloved from the start of the word "black", like in Black power, but others, like Anti-Black racism, capitalize the word "black".
