I created this page as she was an Order of Canada receipient and there was a relevant link to her on the What's My Line wiki article. There was already a page for her on the french wikipedia, but I thought an english version was relevant. The french wikipedia page did not have many references, so I tried to confirm anything in here with other references. However, I included the french wikipedia as a reference. The article says that she was voted "Miss Radio 1946", but it does not say how such a vote was taken or what group of people claimed the authority to bestow such an honorific. The statement is referenced, but to a source that doesn't appear easily accessible. Clarification of that aspect would be nice. For example, it could say "She was voted 'Miss Radio 1946' by the Canadian Academy of Radio Professionals" or "She was voted 'Miss Radio 1946' in an open poll conducted by the Canadian Broadcasting Association." —Pawnbroker (talk) 04:12, 8 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
I added a more accessible web-reference. You have a point, however, while there are numerous references of her winning "Miss Radio", I've never come across who's responsible for the award, or anything at all about it. Since it's usually mentioned anytime her bio appears, it's appropriate to mention it here "as-is".
