The main article says his chanson style was one of 'great simplicity' But Gombert's 6vv version of Mille Regrets is significantly more densely written than Josquin's 4vv version - is this an exception that proves the rule?? Linuxlad 22:04, 28 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

No, Gombert's chansons are mostly among the densest in the 16th c. I've changed the article to reflect this. Cheers, Sterencio
