British English vs. American English?

Which spelling pattern is primarily used in Trinidad and Tobago? One of the most recent edits was just changing spelling from American to British. According to WP:ENGVAR, the article (since it deals with a location) should be written in the style most suited to the location. --Kierkkadon ^{talk/contribs} 16:06, 28 January 2013 (UTC)

The anonymous editor making this change seems to be using multiple IP addresses to make these changes (see, for example, 82.153.103.23). As such, I have reverted their changes, pending discussion.

From Trinidadian English: "Trinidadian English was originally based on a standard of British English. Located in the Americas, TE now uses many Americanisms, including apartment and trunk (of a car)."

The revert I made "hung" for a bit. In that interval, I saw the confirm for my earlier revert and checked the two IPs who had edited Laurel forest (both using the same ISP). That was enough for me. This guy's been through before. - SummerPhD (talk) 17:55, 28 January 2013 (UTC)
