Could an example of a neutral stimulus be beneficial in clarifying what a neutral stimulus is? For example, explaining the use of a bell in Ivan Pavolov's classical conditioning experiments as a neutral stimulus could prove valuable, as it would allow readers to visualize a neutral stimulus in the context of an empirical study, rather than relying solely on theory.
