Hi,
Just to let you know: If a place is known by more than one name, or if it has a nickname e.g. Neutral municipality for Rio de Janeiro then these should be created as redirects to the main page, e.g. #REDIRECT [[Rio de Janeiro]] . Except in extremely rare cases, there is no need for a separate article as any information on nicknames etc should be added to the main article. Travelbird (talk) 22:44, 8 December 2012 (UTC)

Just to let you know: The article Neutral municipality is about a concept, a term in administration. It is not a nickname for Rio de Janeiro. You seem to have no clue of Brazilian history. BrasiliaBrasilia (talk) 22:48, 8 December 2012 (UTC)
