[edit]There's a lot in this article that make it feel like it's coming from somewhere else besides Wikipedia. The flow of the article just seems off - while most of Wikipedia speaks in a similar "voice" this article sticks out like a sore thumb. I'd recommend changing a lot of sentence structures to make it feel more encyclopedic. Also, this article has WAY too many cross-links to other articles, including linking to the same article multiple times. For example, you used the word "neurons" nine times, linking to the neuron page eight of them. Typically, pages are only cross linked once of twice in a page, or at the very most once per section. Not every subject word needs to be cross-linked, just the "most important" ones. I liked the information and I don't think you did a poor job of presenting it, it just needs to fit in with the rest of Wikipedia. The article was below the 15,000 byte minimum, but I don't think it was a big deal. You made some edits after the due time, but I didn't count off for that either.
