It is Grade II listed according to https://www.countrylife.co.uk/property/country-houses-for-sale-and-property-news/delightful-grade-ii-listed-mill-house-in-wiltshire-for-sale-24018 (7 April 2010) but there is no record of this at Heritage Gateway. Another source is cited, but that is about Surrey and probably doesn't mention Nettleton Mill. It could be that the building was delisted and a new edition of the heritage list for the area was published since, but from looking at the IDs of other listed buildings in the area, that would probably have to be before the old six-digit IDs were introduced (early-mid 1990s). Another is that it was mistakenly omitted from the National Heritage List. It could also be that it was locally listed, not Grade II, and that is what "enable the town Planning Department to register it" suggests, but it looks like the wrong reference was added so I don't know what the source was.
