confusing frame context ambiguity

- I don't quite understand what you mean, but if you mean that the "ministry of" doesn't say that it's the new zealand ministry, I think that context is already given as it says earlier that Netsafe is a New Zealand organisation. If you want to add it, go ahead, I don't really have much of an opinion either way. Panamitsu (talk) 01:11, 7 September 2023 (UTC)
