Shouldn't it be?

It says there that NCO is equal to Net exports.

Shouldnt it be: Net Capital Outflow is equal to net imports. Since you pay for surplus imports with a net capital outflow. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.100.29.35 (talk) 16:14, 2 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
