I am writing to urgently request the recovery of my original account.
Nickname: 우던 Server: 니플러 (Niffler) Linked account: Google (Master rank profile) Profile appearance: The avatar shows a white dress, long loose hair in a side profile, and a pale complexion. Payment info: I purchased the seasonal Magic Pass during the flower dress season for 22,898 KRW via Toss Bank.
Details of the issue: After the recent region merge/update, I accidentally logged into a new server (Kelpie or similar) because Niffler didn’t show seasonal or event emotes. This created a new character, and I even mistakenly logged out of my original Niffler account. Now I can’t access my original Master account anymore. I am very passionate about this game, and I really want to continue playing and reach Grand Master.
