[edit]I think there were three more judges that sat on this case at the appellate level (total 5). Could somebody with ready access to the relevant UK reports check that? By the way, Baron Parke was the trial judge and he ruled the opposite way at trial than he did on appeal. Thx. PraeceptorIP (talk) 15:30, 4 August 2015 (UTC)
