Source looks okay, but it'll be tough for anyone to tease out the content specific to Neal Communities; the article is more about the Neal family (which is not the topic of the article). Schazjmd (talk) 20:43, 16 May 2022 (UTC)

Thanks! As an example, if someone else were to put in the page that they sold over 18,000 homes (mentioned in that article) and cited this source, would that be appropriate?
