There should be a separate page for the history of all U.S. naval communications, which would allow aggregation of the Director of Naval Communications page (which has a blow-out section at its bottom with post-1950 organizational development that doesn't fit there), this page and the Naval Network Warfare Command page--it could be a four sections page with one section for each incremental development: to 1950, 1950 to 1990 or so, 1990 to 2002, and since 2002.
