@Znotes: I have tagged this article for clean-up because the lead section has extra information about the agency taking notable prosecutions and changing behaviour. Please see MOS:LEAD for purpose of the lead. It provides an accessible overviewto the whole article. It should not tease the reader with information that is not in the article. Information in the lead should also be discussed and expanded upon in the body of the article, too. So some more details about any notable prosecutions and/or changes in behaviour should appear in the body of the article. Answer readers questions like "Who was prosecuted?", "What did they do?", "When and where did this happen?", and "Why are NRAR doing this?" Thanks Cameron. I have fixed the issue of having new info in the lead section and removed the page tag about this. Since I moved the line about prosecutions to the activities section I will come back in shortly and add in some details there about these prosecutions that answer the questions you suggest.
