I've put this article in the past tense and marked it as inactive in the infobox. The Internet Archive's Wayback Machine shows NROER's website has been unresponsive for several years, and I can see no indication that it has moved to some other location on the web. — The Anome (talk) 11:04, 20 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
