RichardOSmith As already mentioned, this topic deserves a separate page. The version in Subramanian Swamy focusses on his activities regarding the case. Whereas this article is for the case and related controversies not just activities of Swamy. I have added a short intro to case and one of the companies involved. Will add some more info and Copy-edit soon to make it relevant and not in violation of duplication norms. Please help in c/e. Removed Update mark

Today got this Article updated to the best of my ability, trying to make it update by including all the required facets and issues involved there.

Thereafter removed the following mark/direction- "This article needs to be updated. Please help update this article to reflect recent events or newly available information. (May 2019)"

I hope this is accepted and agreed upon by other friends ere.
