[edit]It might be the artists intention, but the photo at the top looks poorly white balanced. Its been a while since I was last there, but I remember the paint being white, not cream. Other photos online show the paint as white. I've created a corrected version here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Nathan_Homestead_2013.jpg
I've also slightly cropped the 1936 photo to remove the frame, fixed the levels, and converted to black and white to make it easier to see the details. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:The_Hill.jpg

- I see no issue with the original photographs, yes they have some colouriation but decolourisation can cause issues itself. Traumnovelle (talk) 19:16, 31 March 2026 (UTC)
