The "multiple issues" flag was posted atop the main page in October 2018, but without any detail about the issues that the poster found objectionable. Having reexamined the article during the past month, I don't see anything that I think merits continuing this flag. Would some more experienced editor please look at this issue and offer his or her opinion about whether the flag can now be deleted, or are some more changes needed? Thank you.
