Not just about politics

[edit]

Name recognition is a very general term that deals with more than just politics. In a very general way it's also used for brands and marketing, in terms of products.209.2.230.119 (talk) 14:14, 15 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Peer review

[edit]

Peer review: I think you did a good job explaining what name recognition is and how it is utilized in politics. Also, the source you are using is reliable since it is from an academic journal which in most, to all cases, has the most reliable information. Updating the definition was a good idea because the term "name recognition" is broad and general like you said above, and needed to be more generalized towards politics.
