Liver damage?

[edit]

The whole section seems unnecessary. Many drugs cause liver damage when given at doses higher than what is recommended. Sacristy (talk) 21:19, 5 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Oncology potential

[edit]

LDN "has an antitumor effect and can modulate the neuroblastoma tumor response, delaying the onset and reducing the incidence rate of tumors, significantly decreasing tumor volume and weight, and DNA synthesis in cancer" according to a 2024 systematic review of 30 sources e.g. I.S. Zagon, N.K. Porterfield, P.J. McLaughlin, Opioid growth factor - opioid growth factor receptor axis inhibits proliferation of triple negative breast cancer, Exp. Biol. Med. (Maywood, NJ) 238 (2013) 589–599.    Xobbitua (talk) 06:22, 12 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Looks like a dodgy source. Is this journal even PUBMED-indexed? Bon courage (talk) 06:26, 12 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
No, but they do list other places it is indexed: https://ijn.zotarellifilhoscientificworks.com/index.php/ijn/index Traumnovelle (talk) 08:35, 12 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
Confirms it's poor, no quality indexing and no impact factor for some rather bold and implausible claims. Omit. Bon courage (talk) 11:44, 12 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

Bad 3D model

[edit]

It isn't 3-D. It's just a flat stick model, not even ball and stick. I'm not complaining, just pointing out a possible problem. If someone knows how to fix this, have a go. As it is, the model might as well be removed. Humpster (talk) 02:32, 27 July 2025 (UTC)Reply

Are you referring to the second image in the infobox? Traumnovelle (talk) 05:00, 27 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
