Merge

[edit]

The story of two characters Nala and Damayanti, appears together in the Mahabharata and is overlapping. The two characters do not appear elsewhere, in a different context.--Redtigerxyz (talk) 12:29, 25 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

I support the merger. --Ghostexorcist (talk) 18:35, 25 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

I object to merger. Nala was an emporer. Damayanthi was his wife. How can we merge two in to one. There is more information on emporer Nala, which needs to be added. ~rAGU (talk) 05:17, 21 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

While their story is interconnected, they are two unique characters in Hindu mythology and a merge is not justified. -SpacemanSpiff (talk) 05:59, 7 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

There is a link in the page that is supposed to go to the Demon Kali, but instead links to the Goddess Kali

Temporary name of the character Nala. Redtigerxyz Talk 13:40, 12 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Support as per above reason. Also, article Bahuka doesn't qualify to remain as an separate article..245CMR.👥📜 14:19, 12 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
Support since they are two articles on the same character, which is redundant. However, I'd suggest turning Bahuka into a disambiguation page and not a redirect to Nala, with said disambiguation page listing Nala (Bahuka), Bahu (Bahuka), and Chinu Modi's poem Bahuk.
