Contested deletion

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because there are several reasons. The first reason, that was the reason why I have created the page is that the subject is referenced in Comparison of open-source configuration management software. And other information on this project was difficult to find. The second reason is that apparently NOC is quite popular in certain geographies.
