There appears to be very little published information about NCC Class X locomotive No.17 despite its pioneering nature. It spent most of its time working away from where railway enthusiasts and other interested observers might have seen it. Fortunately I was able to refer to an NCC general arrangement drawing to populate the Infobox. Any additional information about this loco would be great to help expand this article.
