I have tried to adhere to use of my own words but even if there is some irregularity in this, the article still remains very pertinent and relevant.

I will improve upon the article slowly through use of my own words.

Others may also add to the required improvement.

hence any inadvertent error on my part shall not kindly be the reason for deleting the article as it is, but the approach shall to be remove the errors and to bring it in accordance with Wikipedia policy.

I would also like to state that the article has not been written from https://www.latestlaws.com/judgements/allahabad-high-court/2022/june/2022-latest-caselaw-5544-all but from the website indiakanoon.in, which is again an open page for Indian Law judgements etc. The facts stated on this website as regards a Court judgement are not at all the copyright of any individual but are purely public document to which every one has an equal right. Hence the copyright claim needs to be kindly relooked because the facts have been stated from various Court orders which are purely public documents and not copyright material.
