This page is not unambiguously promotional, because I have changed it significantly since the notice was put up to make the language more unbiased and removed some obviously biased information from the page. It still needs work, but based on the sources the article does appear notable enough to keep up and now that the language is not so immediately promotional, I believe its in the clear! Remove section on Past Participating Dancers
