Is it really just "Moray Firth" ? I thought it was always referred to as "the Moray Firth". If you referred merely to Moray Firth I think people would think you were talking about Moray Firth Radio.--PeterR 23:31, 19 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Length of the coastline

[edit]

Reading the maps and using a ruler suggests a total coastline between 400 km and 500 km rather than over 800 km. I haven't had the patience to draw a GPS-track of it.--Ulamm (talk) 22:02, 1 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

There seem to be two Moray Firths

[edit]

Even the map in this article has two different areas that it calls "Moray Firth." The larger area between Caithness and Aberdeenshire, and the smaller area between Tarbat Ness and maybe Lossiemouth. It is confusing.  Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A00:23C5:E488:2700:B118:2DB7:FE1D:DF35 (talk) 21:40, 15 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
