There is only one reference that stats he died at 104 but the article and recent deaths page has been changed to 103. Why is this? Chandlerjoeyross (talk) 22:45, 10 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

October 1904 - May 2008 is only 103 full years. It's possible that where he's from, like China, starts counting ages at 1 instead of 0 (thus they would be turning "2" on their first birthday). The giveaway is his record - it lists him as being 102 years and 199 days in May 2007, a year ago. Guinness, being a "Western" source, counts his age from 0. The only thing in this article that should read 104 is the title of the article in the reference - since we have to cite it properly. Cheers, CP 04:45, 12 May 2008 (UTC)Reply
