article is new enough and long enough. Hook is short enough and within policy. QPQ is done. I don't see where the source says he competed for France tho? It sort of talks about it, but makes the assumption that the reader knows Algeria gained independence from France. Granted, this is using Google translate. @Arconning: After reviewing some of the sources, I think it would be easier to find a different hook. In fact, after reading the article, I think the fact he got awarded the the Order of the Rising Sun is arguably more interesting. Maybe you can create a hook out of that with a few sources?
