Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because modulation doping is in my opinion distinct enough as a type of doping to warrant its own page. The Doping (semiconductor) page is already fairly long. However, if other users can integrate this material into the 'doping' page, then I have no objection to deletion. --Mrquantumphysics (talk) 17:24, 7 January 2017 (UTC)
