Rename the article

Consider renaming the article to “Indian Standard Punjabi” or “Eastern Standard Punjabi” (Caṛhdī Mi’ārī Panjābī) so that it is easily distinguishable when the article for “Pakistani Standard Punjabi” or “Western Standard Punjabi” (Laehndī Mi’ārī Panjābī) is created as those are two separate things. Maybe “Modern Standard Punjabi” can be used to refer to both modern standards (or attempts as Pakistan’s official standard is not official like the Indian one). ~2026-53764-75 (talk) 16:29, 5 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
