[edit]

Here's my first attempt at a full-fledged article. Please be gentle :P About the length of the plot section... this is a really busy film, and I wasn't sure what to leave out without making the plot read differently than it watches. If that makes sense. Those who've seen it are more than welcome to help edit. Chasektn 05:25, 8 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Origins of the film

[edit]

This is a good article, I don't think it needs much change, but I would definitely include more informations about the French film it is a remake of... since, after all, it is a remake. A list of differences between the two films could be a nice way to begin (starting with the French film being a huge success and a cult movie when it came out, whereas this one bombed... ).

Usually critical success/cult status and box office success are two separate things

Should Chris be considered a Trans Woman or a Crossdresser.

[edit]

Not sure how to represent Chris and what pronouns to use. It seems like it should be changed to trans woman and use she/her pronouns as Chris doesnt seem to present male at any point in the film nor do they wish to be perceived as such. Crossdresser is also a bit of a dated term and nowadays only refers to people who occasionally wear gender swapped clothes, not someone who wishes for it to be their preferred gender, as Chris seems to want. 23.114.124.41 (talk) 07:03, 18 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
