Mitchell was a good friend of mine at school and I can confirm that he was certainly not related to Joe Cole (footballer). Incorrect Date of Death

Born in London, Cole attended Moorfield Primary School.[2] - Include full location (i.e. London, England) as you did in the infobox, and their DOB here as well. If the school is notable, consider redlinking.

He went onto the pitch at Upton Park to sign his first professional contract with West Ham - Do we have a date for his debut? It would be good to add it here if we do. It also sounds weird that he went onto the pitch to sign. I think we can rephrase "after signing his first professional contract with West Ham".

Cole also started in the 2005 FA Trophy final on 23 May 2005, in which Grays defeated Hucknall Town on penalties - I saw the final article and it seems like they tied 1-1 in regular time and then won 6–5 in penalties. I advise you add this too with a supporting ref.

Following his retirement, he served as an ambassador for the Cardiomyopathy Association, raising awareness on the condition in the United Kingdom and the United States - When did he retire exactly? He announced it on February 2011 but then came back. I think adding the date of when he fully retired and/or started the ambassador role would be great.
