Miss CosmoWorld, also known as Miss Cosmo World, is a different organization from Miss Cosmopolitan World and the Miss Cosmo beauty pageant.

Miss Cosmopolitan World — Launched in 2015 by Amelia Liew, it was based in Malaysia.
Miss Cosmo World — Rebranded by Carrie Lee in 2017, after being originally founded in 2004 and officially established in 2006.
Miss Cosmo — A newly created pageant based in Vietnam, established under the leadership of Trần Việt Bảo Hoàng.
