How unique is it when the Kiev is also a military theme park in China. Ex-Soviet Aircraft Carrier Chinese theme parks are all the rage. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.17.155.35 (talk) 12:13, 20 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

CITIC is possibly the new owner

[edit]

Just went there a few days ago. The name is branded as CITIC Minsk World. This has to be verified though. --BrokenSphereMsg me 03:56, 27 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

huge?

"huge" aircraft carrier? I don't think so. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.146.12.61 (talk) 06:08, 15 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

The Minsk is very large for a ship of it's type. The Soviets went through a phase of producing over sized ships, the Kiev class, Moskva class and Typhoon submarines being the cases in point. --Panzer71 (talk) 19:01, 22 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
