CITIC is possibly the new owner

- The Minsk is very large for a ship of it's type. The Soviets went through a phase of producing over sized ships, the Kiev class, Moskva class and Typhoon submarines being the cases in point. --Panzer71 (talk) 19:01, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
