It is unclear to me from Copyright status of works by subnational governments of the United States#Indiana whether or not the Governor's image is in the public domain. Braun's official Senate portrait in unequivocally in the public domain, as are all works produced by the US government.

As per Commons:Licensing, an image has to be either in the public domain or released under an acceptable license. It is unclear from "About Governor Mike Braun". if either is the case. Peaceray (talk) 17:22, 13 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
