Why is MWW Noteable

Aside from being owned by a major Democratic fundraiser what makes this page notable one may wonder. I'd propose merging this page into Michael Kempner page as it does not appear that this page has notable sources outside of meager trade publications. • PRWeek and O'Dwyer's are trade publications not a wire service (PRWeb/BusinessWire). They belong to independent private publishers, which are non-affiliated with the subject. O'Dwyer's is published by a 50-year-old independent firm, and PRWeek is owned and published by the Haymarket Media Group.
• Both sources provide staff-written reports, not a reprint of a press release or 'contributed' or 'sponsored' content. O'Dwyer's is a public relations firm in New York so they can't be used under policy on the usage of PR firms as sources. 1. BDI Lawsuit (WP:V and WP:RS)

Independent research indicates the only available documentation for this claim is a user-uploaded document on SlideShare. Per WP:RS, user-generated content (UGC) platforms like SlideShare are not considered reliable sources.

Proposed Change: Remove the mention of the BDI lawsuit entirely. Under WP:V, any material that is challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source. In the absence of such a source, the content should not remain in the article.

2. AMP Agency Lawsuit (WP:NOTNEWS and WP:UNDUE)

Well... let's be careful here. On BDI, the slide share shows a New York Supreme Court filing which can certainly be looked up directly (NYSCEF Doc. No. 2, Index No. 651550/2016, Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County). It would be easy enough to add the court filing as a reliable source. O'Dwyer's is used twice in the existing text to support claims favorable to this company. Also the alternative response includes a quotation from the company that is unsourced.

I'm not quite satisfied with the quality of the three sources you cited: while I appreciate that you identified articles that are not press releases themselves, they are written very similarly to the style of a press release, and WP:NEWSORG has identified concerns with churnalism. The other underlying issue is, what is the significance of the HudsonLake acquisition? Ideally, business articles should not become lists of acquisitions where the article is unable to explain why the merger had a significant impact on the business' corporate history.
