Golf

Why does someone connected with a golf course want to use the Mijas page to drum up business? There are lots of golf courses in Mijas - so please create a special page for it. There is more to the area than golf!

There is only one sentence about golf, in an article that (although rated stub-class) covers many other topics. That does not seem excessive. AlbertBickford (talk) 08:04, 4 February 2013 (UTC)

Reorganization needed

Some thought needs to be given to the organization of this article and the four articles that talk about the parts of the municipality. Some information that is in one article (e.g. the Mijas pueblo) seems to better belong in the main article, and vice-versa. Perhaps all five articles should be combined into one. I feel like the sentence and paragraph structures should also be reorganized to make it easier to follow; especially the excessive use of commas should be given special attention.Daomeideren (talk) 03:34, 26 October 2013 (UTC)

Definition of Mijas Costa

There seems to be two different meanings to Mijas Costa. The first is to describe the commercial and residential area constituted by Las Lagunas (but seen as a part of or in the context of Fuengirola). The second is to describe the actual coastal area of Mijas, including Calahonda, Riviera, La Cala de Mijas and all the way to Las Lagunas. Could anyone throw some light on this?
