Instead of "oral loan w/o witnesses + claimed payment", a better case should be chosen. After all, even if there are witnesses, Jewish law accepts a claimed payment in the case of an oral loan (see Bavli Ksuvos 18a "קי"ל המלוה את חבירו בעדים א"צ לפרעו בעדים"). In that case, it's not really a miggo, since his claim has inherent, independent credibility. McKorn (talk) 02:44, 21 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
