Moved from "Mideast Reporter," whose links are now dead. Google revealed no third-party sources so I relied on an "announcement" by a co-founder on his personal blog. I think it's OK per WP:SELFPUB, as it makes no claims about htird parties, and in any event it is the only source and clears up why one site disappeared and one reappeared.
