Need details of how it is tested. eg is it detectable in biopsy micrographs ? Are the micro-satellites in the cell nucleus or the cytoplasm ? Does it need a tumour biopsy ? Does it need DNA sequencing ? etc etc - Rod57 (talk) 19:04, 12 July 2016 (UTC)Reply

MSI-high status could indicate use of immunotherapy

Latest Immunotherapy Research in Treating Colorectal Cancer quotes "But, clearly, the nivolumab data in conjunction with prior data with pembrolizumab in the same population really cements this concept that immune checkpoint therapy with PD-1 in MSI-high colorectal cancer is a fantastically active option."
