Remove former spouse's name from Personal Life section

[edit]

The Personal Life section currently names my former husband. Please replace the sentence with:

"Schultz has two children from a previous marriage."

This removes the name of a non-notable third party, matches the wording already used on the former spouse's own Wikipedia page, and is consistent with WP:BLPRIVACY.

Thank you.  Preceding unsigned comment added by Bleemummert (talkcontribs) 16:48, 1 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Request to remove former spouse's name per BLP privacy

[edit]

First, thank you so very much for changing my bio to reflect my divorce. I would like to respectfully request that you remove his name entirely from my bio and replace it with "Schultz has two children from a previous marriage." This language mirrors my ex-husband's language in his own Wikipedia page. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Michelle Bleemummert (talk) 16:49, 1 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Edit request: Personal Life Section

[edit]

I am the subject of this article and therefore have a conflict of interest, so I am requesting assistance from an uninvolved editor.

Please consider adding the following sentence to the Personal Life section.

"Schultz has two daughters from a prior marriage."

I submitted a QFR to the Senate Commerce Committee. A copy can be retrieved here:

https://www.commerce.senate.gov/services/files/FFFFBCF1-8FB9-4074-91E5-BAB2983088CC

I testified before the Senate and referenced my two daughters in my testimony. They can also be seen briefly at the end of the hearing:

Thank you for your consideration.
