Michal Sokolowski (born February 25, 1962) is a Canadian former track and field sprinter who competed internationally in the 400 metres and the men’s 4 × 400 metres relay.

At the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, he competed for Canada in the men’s 4 × 400 metres relay. The Canadian team finished 8th in the final with a time of 3:02.82.
