Would someone please WP:CITE source(s) for this article, specifically the claim that "He is widely recognized as a leading figure in the recently renewed field of virtue ethics"? Hall Monitor 21:23, 5 August 2005 (UTC)Reply

This isn't a very difficult claim to verify, if you'd search for two seconds. Slote has published a few books and a number of peer reviewed articles in prestigious journals, and you can find citations refering to Slote in discussions of virtue ethics everywhere.

I have commenced a tidy-up of the Bibliography section using cite templates. Capitalization and punctuation follow standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, as much as Wikipedia templates allow it. Feel free to continue. Sunwin1960 (talk) 06:17, 22 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
