Assertion that subject is a terrorist

Coetzee was arrested on suspicion of being a member of a terrorist organization and convicted for perjury. I tried replacing word "activist" with "terrorist", unfortunately it was edited out by left-wingers. Just because you agree with someone's views doesn't mean he is an "activist". "Activist" means "a person who campaigns for some kind of social change", with implication that it's a peaceful campaign — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.149.198.207 (talk) 23:54, 24 June 2014 (UTC)

Fun fact: somebody can be an activist, and argue for things that you don't necessarily agree with. I did a search for reliable third party sources to verify the "terrorist" claim before reverting your edit. My reversion of my edit has nothing to do with my personal politics, rather it is a simple consequence of the fact that Wikipedia has rules. Please see Wikipedia:Verifiability. I believe that your assertion that Mr. Coetzee was a terrorist comes from his connections to the African National Congress. This assertion was made by the Apartheid regime, and its assertion that the organization was terrorist has been rebuked by both the current South African government, and the international community (most notably by the United States in 2008).
