Pre-1994 vanguard
[edit]New York Times style writer Guy Trebay pushes the origin point back to sometime in the 1980s which represents the original airing of Miami Vice. The section on Miami_Vice#Fashion goes into some detail. See Moore, Jennifer Grayer (2015). Fashion Fads Through American History: Fitting Clothes Into Context. ABC-CLIO. ISBN 9781610699020. Re: Narcissism
[edit]I've removed the category and moved the material out of the lead and into a criticism section. People unfamiliar with the term
[edit]will assume that it means "with the sexual habits of somebody who lives in the city." Whatever that means. Jidanni (talk) 09:27, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
