As the structure is often grouped with the RMCI complex by the news media, I suggest the article cover the RMCI as well. It should also describe its construction phases, budgeting, major features and specs. Also reception by media sources. AngusWOOF (talk) 19:51, 3 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
