Proposed Merger

[edit]

I would like to propose the merging of Merseyside Passenger Transport Executive and Merseytravel articles - these articles relate to the exact same organisation. Also bear in mind, Merseytravel's assets will be transferring to the new Liverpool City Region Combined Authority in 2014 so as well as merging the two articles, they will need to be amended accordingly. Thanks. Richie wright1980 (talk) 17:12, 15 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

St Helens Junction railway station

[edit]

Article says: "Line re-openings of the Olive Mount chord, which is being reconstructed during 2008, Halton Curve, St. Helens Junction, and Bootle - Aintree branch".

"St Helens Junction" links to St Helens and Runcorn Gap Railway, so why doesn't the text say "St Helens and Runcorn Gap Railway"? There is a different St Helens Junction railway station article, but St Helens Junction railway station isn't closed. I haven't edited the article because I'm not sure what the text is intended to refer to. --Northernhenge (talk) 20:19, 14 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
