Horsepower

[edit]

I was asked today by a British insurance agent offering to insure a boat with the OM636 installed as a marine engine, for the horse power of the engine. He would not accept kilowatts as a measurement of power as his computer system only took horsepower (although it accepted cc for the capacity). This is typical of the mishmash of imperial and metric measurements used in the UK, so I have added a {{convert}} template to the power numbers to display horsepower (hp). -- 2.26.91.175 (talk) 20:52, 5 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
