As best as I can recall, I believe I added the tag because the article describes its subject without context or any sections such as “criticism”. If this is still in fact a stub rather than start-class, maybe the concern is irrelevant.
I’m pretty sure I had not checked to see whether it was a stub before adding the tag. So if you don’t agree with it, you’re welcome to remove it.
